Wichita Ks metro and surrounding area  300 to 350. one hour . Half hours are 200. 

KC and OKC and Tulsa and Joplin  are  2 hrs. minimum required at 600 for tribute  for 2hrs.

Arkansas and Texas  apointments 3 hr minimum at 1200
